Retrieving Your Vehicle and/or Belongings
All vehicles to be released must be paid in full prior to retrieval. Buckler’s Towing is not responsible for additional charges incurred if documents are needed for payment.
To retrieve your vehicle or belongings from our impound lot, please call at least 1 hour prior to your arrival so we can have the vehicle and paperwork ready. Failure to do so may result in longer wait times for you in our waiting room. This service is provided during office hours Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm only.
Vehicle and belongings are to be released to the registered owner only. If the registered owner is unavailable for medical reasons, incarceration, or any other legitimate reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your information, vehicle information including registration number/VIN, and owner’s information. We will reply with the steps needed to overcome this. Restrictions apply.
To retrieve a vehicle for salvage or repair pick up, we require at least one day (24 hours) notice prior to pick up. This ensures that we can have the vehicle accessible for your truck. Failure to do so may result in longer wait times for you in our waiting room. Charges must be requested by email to email@example.com
For carriers attempting to remove vehicle from storage please be ready to provide to our office staff a Certificate of Insurance with minimum $2,000,000.00 liability coverage and proof of Workers Compensation coverage for employee. You will not be able to retrieve any vehicle without this.
Insurance adjusters will be allowed 15 minutes per vehicle in our storage facility.

Storage lot hours are available Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and Weekends 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. After hour services are available for a fee, call for information. The storage lot is closed on all state and federal holidays.
